The Performensation Principles

•    Goals - objectives that provide direction and a specific course of action

•    Responsibility - defining who will carry a task forward to the defined goal. Best when combined with authority to drive processes forward

•    Accountability - a clearly defined and communicated measurement system that allow all parties to understand their responsibilities and meet expectations

•    Reward - fair return for goals met

Successful programs are built on these four basic principles. We work closely with you to define these elements and how to best apply them.   We often find that only a few simple elements are missing from a program and that a new program is not required. Other times a new approach yields the desired results .
